Comedy in the Lou is a celebration of the comedic talents residing and working in, you guessed it, St. Louis. From sketch to stand-up, improv and everything in between and out-of-the box you'll walk out of the show knowing where and when you can find what makes you laugh in the Lou. Emcee Kelsey McClure, the producer of Thursday Night Mic Night, the weekly comedy open mic at Fitz's Bottling Works, will take you on a comedy adventure that will lighten your load and have you chuckling until you walk out the door.

Jovan Bibbs
Jovan Bibbs, born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri is a budding comedian. He has had the opportunity to grace the stage with stars, such as, Sommore, Kevin Hart, Dick Gregory, Sheryl Underwood, Joe Torry, Guy Torry, Arvin Mitchell and many more. After only a year in comedy, he was selected to perform on BET's Comic View (New Orleans), in which he made an outstanding debut. Jovan hosts “Laughs at Lola” a weekly comedy open mic on Wednesday night's at Lola.
Kevin White
Kevin White approaches topics like heartbreak, financial woe and fear of the future with a cheerful cynicism and an urgent stage presence, giving him the engaging voice of a twenty-something just trying to figure it all out. Kevin produces the longest running independent comedy show in St. Louis, “Bare Knuckle Comedy”, which features touring comics from all over the US. He was also the Semi-finalist of the Riverfront Times’ “Stand Up Throwdown.”
Shaun Arredondo
Shaun's likability on stage embraces audiences where ever goes. He offers his vulnerability with personal observations then courageously crosses the line with a wink and a smile. His fast pace and quick wit have been recognized all over Texas. In 2012, As new resident of Missouri, he earned his way into the finals of both the RFT's Stand Up Comedy challenge and the Funniest Comic in St. Louis.
